It's nice to hear what works for someone going through it as well. Her spots aren't super bad yet and they seem to get better then get a bit worse again. I hope we just caught on that that was what it is so that it doesn't get worse. It's so hard to see them go through stuff like that especially when they can't tell us exactly what they are feeling! Thanks again :)Krissyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04915480385044698862noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3258656192015498493.post-59845077353815821092011-12-06T03:08:00.436-05:002011-12-06T03:08:00.436-05:00If its eczema I am so sorry. My son has it and he ...If its eczema I am so sorry. My son has it and he has it bad. We got the run around from the doctors at first. We were told baby acne, then we were told craddle cap that spread and then after I took my son to the ER cuz it had blistered and oozed all over his head and his face was swollen they said sure enough it is eczema. Well I had been trying to tell them this from the beginning. He had pretty much had it from day one. what I do , I buy the coritizon 10 eczema lotion found in the pharmacy, Mineral oil and use fragrance free laundry det. and dryer sheets on all of our clothes. He breaks out even just rubbing up on furniture. Warm baths and only every other day or every two days, no soaps or shampoos, just a long soak in the tub. I dont dry him off. I put the mineral oil or lotion on him while he is wet. I usually use the oil after the bath but the next morning the lotion. then apply the oil throughout the day. I also have prescription cream for the really bad spots. The doctor did tell us that it gets worse in the winter cuz of the heaters being used. Good luck and I hope I helped you with some pointers on how to handle it.Melissa Hopperhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08530361123704457237noreply@blogger.com
